Personal training and fitness has become my passion, my business, and my hobby. At Body Bar on 7th our clients are more than just patrons - They are our neighbors, our friends, and our family. Everyone in the gym is my priority and I've been dedicated to them every step of the way.
As a United States Marine I was taught how to work as a unit, a team, and that is what we are at Body Bar on 7th, we are a team. Every client is part of that team and if one of us fails the other is there to build them back up. I've worked with clients that are teenagers, some that are just starting on their fitness journey, some that are athletes, and some that are coming to the game later in life and just want to stay active for their grandchildren. Whether you are 15, or 85 - Body Bar on 7th is the personal training studio for you.

First session is always free. During this session we go through a 30 minute full body work out, after we will sit down and discuss fitness goals as well as go over the best price plan for you.

One-on-One Personal Training
30 min/60 min- Once a week program
30 min/60 min- Two times a week program
30 min/60 min- Three times a week program
30 min/60 min- Four times a week program
